ABOUT ME:
I am an artist and designer. From as far back as I can remember, I have always expressed a strong passion for art. I paint, sketch, design, and create craft items. My mediums vary, I paint with both acrylics and oils. I use pastels, pen, pencil, charcoal, textiles, etc... I mix medium and create unique pieces that are modern and edgy, which is fitting in both my personal style and personality.
I have attended both Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ and Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ as a Fine Arts Major where I was able to take many art related classes in order to develop my skills as an artist and perfect techniques necessary to grow into my own personal style. I have sold many of my pieces online usling websites like as e-bay and etsy.com. I have done numerous custom paintings, sketches, portraits, and murals. My work has been featured online at youreyeforart.com, JolieZoeDuex.com and sweetavenuebakeshop.com. I was the featured artist of the month for October, 2008 at the Jolie Zoe Duex store in Rutherford, NJ. I am also currently the first place winner in the Union County Art Contest. While living in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, I was the head artist for the store Artful Legacy.
I grew up in Bergen County, NJ and have enjoyed checking out other local artists on the scene. I am now looking forward to pursuing my dream of becoming an artist and designer myself. I plan to take the local scene by storm and grow as a professional artist.
